Phenolic compact laminate is a kind of extremely durable structure-decorative board which is environmentally friendly. It is made from melamine-impregnated resin decorative paper and layers of black or brown phenolic resin drafts: after stacking them, using fluting steel board to compress them under high temperature and high pressure, core is black, and surface, rich in colors, styles, and grains. Thickness can be from 1.6mm to 30mm according to request. Such laminates, with whose different decorative papers on the surface, can meet different color, single-side, double-side decorative need. So, as a decorative material, it is firm, durable, resistant to impact, can be used as structural material.

1) Finished via impregnating decorative paper and Kraft paper in melamine then drying at high temperature high pressure.2) Outstanding resistance to abrasion, high temperatures, dirt, shock, cigarette ignition and open flames, stain resistance.3) Can be used as an indoor and outdoor surface decorative material, suited for every room of the home-even the bath and radiant heated floors.4) Wide application and great market potential.
